Information
Flowers and
Gifts Local Delivery Cut Off Times (Klang Valley
coverage area)
Orders made between Monday to Friday:
- For next day
delivery, orders must be received before 5pm.
Orders received on
Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the
following Monday.
Deliveries will not be made on Sundays or Public
Holidays unless they fall on a special occasion eg.
Valentine's Day or Mother's Day.
For deliveries during special occasions, please
make your order at least 3 days in advance to
ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
Specifically for Valentine's Day, please note
that orders may be delivered up to a week before
the date and not necessarily on the day itself.
For special delivery at a specific time and date,
please place your order at least 2 day in advance.
Pricing Changes During Major Holidays or
Occasions:
Certain items may increase in price during major
holiday periods. Price adjustments will be
displayed in your order form when selecting
delivery dates that fall within this period.
Prices should normally only increase from Feb 2nd
until a few days after Valentine's Day.
Delivery will be FREE for the lists below.

- All items will
be delivered to the customer's location.
Jewelry and Fashion Items - Local Shipping
- All items will
be sent via courier service - either by Skynet,
Pos Laju, Normal Parcel Post depending on the customer's
location.
- Customer pays
for shipping fees (POS LAJU Flat Rate- 1st weight 500gram : RM 6.90 and Add Next Weight 250gram : RM 1.30
for Malaysia)
- If you wish to use
Normal Parcel Post as your preferred shipping method, please make allowance of between 3 - 7 days
for your items to be delivered to you.
Please email us prior to making payments via credit cards or online
bank transactions.
- Free shipping is offered for purchases above RM 100.You will be entitled for a discount coupon which will be sent to the email
account you used to register on this website. This coupon contains a serial number which can be used for future
purchases by keying it into the Discount Coupon Section of Payment screen.
- Please allow for
up to 2 working day for Credit Card verification and estimated
another 2 working days to the items delivery to you.
NOTE: All The items
will be ship with insurance
Jewelry and Fashion Items - International Shipping
- We can use EMS,
Registered Air Mail or other branded courier
upon request. For example, DHL. We will calcuate
the shipping fees and will inform you via email.
You can pay the different after confirmation.
- We prefer to use
POS MALAYSIA (International Standard Air
Parcel) with Insurance.
- Goods will be
shipped within 3 working days after payment
has been confirmed by email.
- Customer pays
for shipping fees.(POS International
Standard Air Shipping Flat Rate: estimated at
around RM 20)
- Free shipping
for purchases above USD 100 (Crystalily
Flowers Trading reserves the right to amend
this option if deemed necessary).
- Please allow for
at least 14 to 22 days for items sent by POS
MALAYSIA (International Standard Air Parcel)
and 7 days for DHL to reach you. Shipping may
take longer than this, depending on customs
import restrictions in your country.

Return Policy
Crystalily Flowers Trading is committed to
producing and delivering quality products to your
satisfaction. But in any case of dissatisfaction
with any item you have purchased, simply mail it
back to us with the Original Packing within 7 days
upon receipt. We will honor your request for an
exchange.
- Each item can
only be exchanged once.
- All returned
merchandise must be sent back in its original
container/bag, in a completely unaltered state
by registered mail / courier service.
- Crystalily
Flowers Trading is not responsible for loss of
or damage to returned items while they are in
transit.
- Returned item
may be exchanged for one that is of lower,
equal or higher (you will be required to top
up the difference in price) value. Refund will
be given if the value of the exchanged item is
lower than the original item purchased (to be
enclosed in a return envelope).
- Shipping costs
for returned items and the exchanged ones are
to be borne by the customer.
