Please do not send cash; cash payment should be made in person or collected by an authorized "Crystalily Flowers" employee who carries a "Crystalily Flowers Official Receipt".
All cheques/money orders should be crossed and made payable to Crystalily Flowers Trading

1. Payment by Credit Card

Please login and checkout the Shopping Cart and select the Payment Method (Visa & MasterCard, Maybank2u, RHB Online and more). Please note that orders purchased using credit cards will be shipped as soon as verification has been received from your issuing bank (typically 2 working days after payment).

2. Payment by Maybank Company Account

Please login and checkout the Shopping Cart and select the Payment Method (Offine Payment(Bank Deposit and Others)), the shipping detail will be captured and then please bank in to our company account and email the transaction detail to us. You can make your payment via Company Maybank Account into this account number:

Please remember to email or contact us after making fund transfer."Payment for Order made by 'your name'" and include the payment method and transaction number within the message.

Customer Account Registration

Please go to the LOGIN STATUS at you left hand side and click Login icon. After that click New Account icon. Key in Your Full Name, Email Address and Password. Click Create Account to finished the registration.

All orders will be confirmed by email. If you do not hear from us after one working day please contact us again. All personal orders must be paid via internet fund transfer (Maybank2u), credit card, Cash Deposit to Maybank Company Account or cash on delivery. In the event that flowers or products are not available during the time of order, Crystalily Flowers reserves the right to substitute them with similar flowers or products of equal or higher value. Filling out of the order does not mean an order has been accepted; we can only process your order upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation can only be done 48 hours before the time of delivery. After 48 hours, the full amount will be charged.
