Terms & Conditions Apply
1) All the clothes do not have actual photo. All photo supply by manufacturer.
The risk of the quality is bear by buyer.
2) Size & measurement is given by manufacturer.
3) Our shop are NOT accept return/refund for below causes:
a).The material is so thick, transperent, quality no good, sewing/needled line not same, color not match, different
from photo, size and measurement not tele, not comfortable while wear on in.
b).You request to change to others product.
c).Your own reason like not read clear the content,repeat order etc.
d).The product which is not selling from us.
4) We will refund 100% is there is shortage of stock.
5) All the price are fixed.
6) If you received the wrong item,We will bear all the expenses to exchange for you.
7) Below reason are not entitled to exchange the product:
a. The product is smelly.(some material will leave the smell after produce,will be clear after wash).
b. Different from photo.
c. Thread not cut nicely.
d. The material is no quality, transperent, differ color & size.
8) Pre-order need 3-4 weeks to delivery. For those who cannot wait, please DO NOt order.

All orders will be confirmed by email. If you
do not hear from us after one working day please contact
us again. All personal orders must be paid via internet
fund transfer (Maybank2u), credit card, Cash
Deposit to Maybank Company Account or cash on delivery.
In the event that flowers or products are not available
during the time of order, Crystalily Flowers
reserves the right to substitute them with similar
flowers or products of equal or higher value.
Filling out of the order does not mean an order
has been accepted; we can only process your order
upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation can only be done 48 hours before the
time of delivery. After 48 hours, the full amount
will be charged.
